The only address that still makes sense is Desert Park Estates in the central part of Palm Springs. Minutes close to the shopping and dining at some of the finest shops and restaurants available in the Coachella Valley. If it is a second home you are considering, Palm Springs International Airport is very convenient five to seven minutes away. Everything is so near and handy from this section of the valley. The views from here can be breath taking, especially the winter Holiday season when we have snow capped mountains looking down on us with out wearing winter gear. If you wish to enjoy the snow and have a delightful lunch on the mountain, the Palm Springs Tram departs every 30 minutes, the views from up there are magnificent, it is a must do tour when visiting or living here at least once a year.
