Utilities and internet are included. Renter pays a monthly $120 cleaning fee by a professional cleaner provided by the landlord and a final cleaning fee. Max lease duration 3 months. No smoking anywhere on the property. Quiet hours are between 10pm and 7am. Parking in the designated parking bay only. Tenants should place garbage and recycling in the appropriate bins. Laundry hours - last load at 8pm first load 7am. Tenants are responsible for cleaning the BBQ and utensils after use.
