The County is selling the property "as is" in its current condition, without making any repairs or warranties. The sale of the property is subject to a bid opening to be conducted on March 20, 2026 at 11:00 am at the County Operations Center Chambers located at 5520 Overland Ave., Room 110, San Diego, CA 92123 and is subject to Board of Supervisors approval. Oral bids will be heard during the public auction. Written bids will be received via US mail until Friday, March 13, 2026.
