Clerestory windows provide soft natural light and cross-ventilation, while direct outdoor access from nearly every room extends the living spaces into the surrounding landscape. A saltwater swimming pool, added in 2012, and a treehouse complement the garden setting. The residence offers three bedrooms, an office/library, and two bathrooms, with a newer roof installed in 2022. Everything in the house is tastefully updated to today's standards, with central AC/heat, Sonos sound system inside and outside, Alarm system, and high-end appliances.
