The baths bring granite counters, bright mirrors, good storage, and separate shower/tub setups, so everyone can get ready without turning the morning routine into a competitive sport. Plus, in-unit washer and dryer. A small sentence. A huge lifestyle upgrade. The complex also understood the assignment: pool, grilling area, outdoor lounge space, a reservable community room, and tandem parking for two cars. Two cars. In Los Angeles. Please observe a brief moment of silence for how good that is.All in all, #308 is practical, bright, flexible, and just the right amount of fun. A Sherman Oaks condo with space to spread out, a balcony to breathe on, a bonus room to overthink, and amenities that make staying home feel like a pretty solid plan.
