Looking for a lot with a well? This well is new, electric close by, fenced on three sides, located in what I call the Newberry Springs Ranch area. A group of 2.14 acre lots between the I-15 and I-40, Rt 66 runs aside the I-40 frwy. Both Frwys are major, however this is a small community with a solor plant, Farming of Pistachio's , pomegranate and livestock. A number of Churches from different denominations, two schools with individual attention given to students, We are two hours travel from Las Vegas or Laughlin. Twenty five minuets to shopping in Barstow. Six ski lakes are here in Newberry Springs also. For years I drove a gig truck past here and never realized what a really nice place it has become for me. You can still ride Horses in the surrounding mountains , ATV's and dirt bikes or just go hiking. For me, I like to just sit around and enjoy the stars and peace. Come on out and see us sometime.
