I really messed up on this one and invested too much money and made it too nice!... Oh well, I've got to sell it...my mistake is your gain if you're lucky enough to buy this stunning home. The entire exterior was repainted, the garage was refreshed, fencing and gates were addressed, trees were trimmed and the front landscaping was cleaned up and upgraded with new rock and underlayment for a clean, low maintenance High Desert look. You've also got an attached 2 car garage, tile roof and approximately 7,500 square feet of land. And here's something else buyers will appreciate. NO HOA and NO crummy solar contract you're going to have to inherit! This property doesn't have solar, so there's no long term solar agreement from somebody else that you're being asked to take over. Location is another big plus. You're close to Highway 395, giving you convenient access toward the I 15 Freeway if you commute down the hill, while still being close to shopping, schools and everything else you need throughout Adelanto and the Victor Valley.
