Such a sweet little place! It just needs some TLC, and not much of that, even. This would make a great starter home or a terrific income property. It is on a pretty small street, which makes for a quiet area, and there are very nice homes on the same side as this home—just a little over 1,000 sq.ft., with a double garage and RV carport. Completely fenced. The front yard has lovely rockwork, and it would be charming with a little bit of clean-up. This one will not last!
