The cottage offers 2 bedrooms, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, & 1 bedrooms with a full bed & 3 twin beds & office space, 1 full bath, an outdoor shower, a living room with a decorative fireplace, a dining area, laundry, & a full kitchen with a diner-style built-in nook that enjoys panoramic ocean and city views day and night. There is free private parking in front of the property. This magical cottage also has an attached garage filled with beach toys for enjoying the ocean and the nearby cities. The bike trails will take you from the property to Dana Point, San Clemente, and San Juan Capistrano. Stay a short distance to visit Laguna Beach, Newport Beach, and other nearby cities each with its own unique charm. If you are looking for adventure, you will be in close proximity to parks, fine dining, trails, events, fishing, golf, and endless opportunities for entertainment are all nearby. There is a train that runs behind the neighborhood that has a train station 1 mile away making traveling by train to Oceanside, Los Angeles, or beyond very accessible. The Free Dana Point Trolly picks up at the end of the community & connects with Free Trolleys from other nearby beach cities.
