Be careful with this one...it has a way of becoming the default place everyone ends up. Set on half an acre and backing to the 14th hole at Pasatiempo, the home has been completely reworked to open everything up and make the most of where it sits. The main living spaces are wide open with tall ceilings, a fireplace, and large accordion doors that fold back to the deck. The deck and patio end up facing all the action. You'll see a few great shots, a few questionable ones, and the occasional recovery attempt that deserves credit. A large upper deck, lower patio, and two bocce ball courts give you plenty of room to spread out. It works just as well for a full house as it does for an afternoon outside. It's also surprisingly quiet, with open views across the course that feel a lot more relaxed than you might expect. You can be on Highway 17 in minutes, over the hill early, or at the beach before the group chat figures itself out. You're right on Pasatiempo, but without the gates, so you get the amazing setting without the restrictions. And at some point, usually not long after moving in, you'll notice something: plans stop being "let's go somewhere" and start being just come here.
