Super sweet and cozy. This could be your beach cottage. She is small but mighty nice. Very good location in the park. The kitchen is bright with a good size pantry. The living and dining areas are spacious for a smaller home. You have a private yard and a large storage shed. Close to the park entrance and guest parking. Shoreline Estates is a 55+ park. There is a swimming pool and clubhouse, just around the corner from your home. There is no property tax and the park is under County rent control. Only a few blocks to Sunny Cove for those lazy beach days. Also close to the Sunday farmers market. Life is short~ buy the beach house!
