Lido Marina Village is a short walk with it’s chic shops and beautiful bay front restaurants. There are 3 bedrooms in the main house and a guesthouse above the garage. In the main house has 2 baths a living room and kitchen. The front bedroom is aqueen, the middle bedroom is a full, the back bedroom is an Eastern King with an ensuite bath. There’s a backyard, deck area with a dining table an outdoor shower and room for beach toys, chairs and umbrellas. The guesthouse is a uniquely different architectural style with 10-foot ceilings and a sliding wall of glass that opens to let the fresh sea air in, a totally modern removal from the main house. There is a California King with en suite bath, mini fridge/freezer, dishwasher, sink, 65-inch TV, balcony overlooking the yard and deck below and a 500 square foot rooftop deck with ocean views an outdoor shower and lounge furniture. There’s parking for 4 cars, two in the driveway and two in the garage which is extra deep with room for beach cruisers and storage. The Background Story The house was built in 1927 and we’ve restored it to a pretty original example of that bygone era, including glass doorknobs, original unpainted redwood tongue and groove walls, Douglas fir floors, working double hung windows, and pedestal sinks. We’ve brought in a few twenty first century niceties, Viking kitchen, LG large capacity washer and dryer, Lynx outdoor BBQ, and a 75-inchTV.
