Both rooms open up to a private back patio with an outdoor pool and ping pong table, gas fireplace, and BBQ. Aslo downstairs, is a half bath for guests, & laundry room. Upstairs you will find the primary room with a king bed, walk-in closet, ocean view deck, & a private luxury primary bathroom, an ocean view office/loft, and 2 additional bedrooms with queen beds that share a larger double sink, updated bathroom & a hillside & garden view private deck. Come & relax or venture out just minutes to the beaches, restaurants, parks with tennis, tot lots, basketball courts, soccer fields, dog parks, & walking trails. The free city trolley, private driveway, & free public street parking makes getting around easy. Just bring your clothes & unwind because starter kits for all your needs will be included. 1 small dog will be considered. Cleaning fee $250 per stay & pet fee $500 per stay. Rates are seasonal.
