Then it changed hand to become the headquarters of Southern Pacific Railroad for freight loading platform and served material handling, followed by the distribution warehouse for Anheuser Busch. Thereafter Tool & Supply Bag company, a leather goods company took over the building and added their own footprint on it. Almost a century later, the space was tastefully reimagined and modernized into what is now “e2 Studios.”
