very nicely redo a few years ago. Newer wood plank floors, paint, kitchen, roof, 2 wall heaters, Evap cooler (2025). Back patio newly enclosed with washer and dryer connections, new drywall and paint. This room is huge and perfect for extra sleeping/ living quarters. 2 gar garage has a newer roof done at the same time as house.
