TECHNOLOGY-FORWARD LIVING: Nearly every room is wired with an ethernet connection. In addition, there is a Wi-Fi system that covers the whole house. There is a whole house fan and cooling system to supplement the A/C system for increased cooling, especially useful on those very hot days! On cold days, take advantage of the built-in water recirculating pump to help get hot water to your shower quickly! Lastly, the home's appliances can be connected to wi-fi and operated from your phones! Enjoy the relatively new advanced washer/dryer that are stacked on top of drawers, located on the second floor near the bedrooms.
