Excellent location, location, location...!!! Quiet neighborhood, close to everything and everywhere, walking distance to Gabrielino High School (the best high school ranging 2025-2026), restaurants, supermarket, stores, school, etc... Fruit trees in the backyard as well. New insulation (type R-38 cellulose, energy efficiency) for the whole house was just gotten installed, and a new light fixture was installed also. There are heat & cool window units for the house. Central air unit in the house, but it has not been used for a period of time and owner makes absolutely no warranty and responsibility for it.
