We currently have 25 Brokers and 157 Salespersons. In addition to real estate services we own and operate Aviara Escrow, a non-independent Broker owned escrow company.

We are recognized in the industry for our high level of professionalism and ethics. Our company prides itself in the extensive education and training offered to all our real estate professionals. As a result of our agents’ involvement at the State and Federal level, Aviara is keep informed about the changes or proposed in real estate regulations and legal issues.
