Make-A-Wish®Tri-Counties and the Los Angeles Rams began teaming up for “Rams Night for Wishes” at North Ranch Country Club in Westlake Village. Donors, Carie and Kevin Webber are pleased to announce their participation and support of the charity event which aims to raise funds to fulfill the wishes of local children. The event is hosted by Rams Pro Bowl Tackle and Captain Andrew Whitworth and the philanthropist Andrew Firestone as Master of Ceremonies.
Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties grants the wishes of children with life-threatening medical conditions to enrich the human experience with hope, strength, and joy. The positive experience a granted wish provides can make all the difference in a child’s course of treatment. Wishes are good medicine for the soul.
“We are passionate in our support of the mission of Make-A-Wish, they bring hope to so many children” says Carie Webber, a partner at Aviara Real Estate and local philanthropist.
Guests got to spend time with some of their favorite Rams players, the Rams Cheerleaders, and mascot “Rampage”. Through tips for autographs and photographs, players competed to raise the most money for Make-A-Wish Tri-Counties to help make Wishes come true for children and families in need. There was also a cocktail reception, live auction and dinner.
